After coming on a Panama Relocation Tour, Lara and her husband Ceasar moved from New Zealand to Panama in March 2020, just a few weeks before Panama shut down because of Covid. They were stuck in an apartment in Panama City for 5 months, then moved to Coronado. They are both avid surfers and were looking for the perfect place to live in Panama where they could surf. As Panama opened up, they were able to explore many different areas. They finally found their paradise in Bocas del Toro, Panama, where they can surf every day. As Lara says, Bocas is just bursting with life and has stunning beauty!
In this video, Lara talks about what it’s like to live and surf in Bocas!
