To protect your non-refundable travel expenses, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
For cancellations made 30 days or more before your tour date: You will receive a full refund.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before your tour date: No refund or credit will be issued.
If your tour is less than 30 days away and you become ill, have a family emergency, or travel restrictions are put in place that prevent you from entering Panama, you will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that will reimburse you for non-refundable travel expenses in these scenarios.
No refunds will be made if you do not show up for your tour or if you interrupt or cancel your tour for any reason once it has begun.

For transactions less than 120 days old, the refund will be issued to the credit card you used when making your reservation. For transactions 120 days old or more, we can issue the refund by check or via PayPal.
COVID-19 Update: If we need to cancel your tour due to Panama’s quarantines, you will receive a full refund.
Up to 2 tour date changes are allowed if you request a date change at least 30 days before your tour date. When making a date change we will apply your existing deposit to your new tour date.
For the first date change: There is no change fee. You must pay for your tour in full at least 30 days before your new tour date.
For the second date change: There is a non-refundable $500 change fee per person. You will be required to pay for your tour in full and all payments made will immediately become non-refundable. Date changes are not allowed less than 30 days from your tour date.
If your tour is less than 30 days away, no date change is allowed.
In the unlikely event that a domestic flight provided by Panama Relocation Tours is canceled, you will not receive a refund. The airline will put you on the next available flight.
