Las Tablas is one of the most affordable towns in Panama. And, it’s only 10 minutes to several really nice beaches! You can rent a nice furnished two bedroom two bath house for about $600 a month. I know a lady who rents a furnished one bedroom for $150 in Las Tablas.

The daytime temperatures in Las Tablas are about 85-95F. This area gets much less rain than other areas in Panama, with only 40 inches of rain a year. It’s less humid in Las Tablas too!
