I lived in Panama from 1980 to 1985, I’m interested in returning for retirement as a possibility. I have the financial retirements in addition to a healthy savings..

I’ve recently visited Panama. I’m a 100% Service Connected Veteran
My major concern was it was extremely to hot Panama City.
I like City lifestyle where is another location that’s has city life but cooler weather in Panama .
Another concern
My life in the 79 & 80s was not to cool I jailed & imprisoned on a few occasions. I’m a bit concerned I won’t get a visa!
