Hi Jackie,
I love your videos!!! Do I have to have my E-Cedula or Visa before I apply for the medical Insurance or can I get the insurance while I am in the process? Also, any idea how long I have to wait after acquiring insurance to have a medical procedure completed? I know some insurances have a delay period before accessing complicated or surgical procedures.
Thanks a million!!!
