Beach Life in Panama

Panama has 1500 miles of coastline!  If you love living at the beach, there is a perfect beach for you somewhere in Panama.  The weather is about 90 degrees every day (+/- 5) and most of the time, you'[ll have the whole beach to yourself.

During their Panama Relocation Tour, Greg and Anita found their perfect beach near Las Tablas!  In the Azuero Pensinula, on the Pacific side of Panama, there are 10 different beach communities between Chitre and Las Tablas.  Both Chitre and Las Tablas are have 24 hour grocery stores, great restaurants, hospitals, hardware stores, doctors, dentists and a thriving expat community.  Some other beach communities in Panama are much more isolated and don’t have many amenities.

Initially, Anita and Greg rented a house then purchased a house right on the beach about 10km outside of Las Tablas.  They can enjoy the sounds of the waves and amazing sunrises in Panama every day.

As a bonus, during your Panama Relocation Tour, you’ll learn how to buy houses with zero interest seller financing — which is exactly what Greg and Anita did to buy their amazing property on the beach.   It was a rainy and overcast day when we shot their video – but every day’s a good day at the beach!  Check it out at:

90 degrees with humidity to match. You omitted that part. That’s the problem with almost all beaches in Latin America, which is the reason most expats choose to live at elevation.

Dan, you’re right. Beach living comes with high humidity. Some people love it. Some of us don’t.

Hi Jackie my name is Deborah, I have been watching your videos and reading all the emails you send about relocating to Panama for a few months now. Watching this particular video they mentioned your book on relocating I would like to purchase this book. Can you send me the details please.Thank you. I am planning to go on your tour January 2021 for my Birthday on or around the 17th. I will be purchasing the tour package on my birthday this coming January. Thanks Jackie.

HI Deborah. Glad you are enjoying the videos and information. The “book” that everyone talks about in the videos is ONLY available for people who come on a tour. I look forward to meeting you during a Panama Relocation Tour in January 2021!

Some say that, but it’s hard for me to believe anyone likes sweat rolling off of them even when inactive.

    • Jackie Lange says

Dan, I agree with you. I could never live at the beach in Panama. But some people love it.

What small cities in Panama are at elevation, and have a low cost for rentals.

    • Dustin Lange says

Boquete, Volcan, and Cerro Punta are the ones we most often recommend. There are other cities that meet your requirements near these cities though.
