Gorgona Panama! What’s it Really Like to Live There?

Alicia and Jerry moved from Flower Mound Texas to an amazing condo in Gorgona Panama. It overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Gorgona is a few miles east of Coronado.

Gorgona is a few miles east of Coronado and about two hours west of Panama City. You can see Coronado from Alica and Jerry’s condo in Gorgona. Gorgona is more affordable than Coronado and less crowded, too!

Gorgona has a few restaurants and small grocery stores, but most people go to Coronado, about an 8-minute drive, for most shopping and a much larger restaurant selection.

    $1300 for 16 days in the hospital with pneumonia? And that’s without insurance! Our co-pay just to walk into an ER was $1000 when we left NC in 2020! Thank you, Jerry & Alicia, for alot of great info about living in Gorgona. It’s easy to see why many expats settle there.
