Thank you Jackie and PRT team. We were on the first tour of 2024 #231. This tour was well communicated, organized and very informative. Our tour was moved from Dec 2023 to Jan 2024 due to protests and we felt it was stick handled very well considering the amount of moving parts to re schedule it in a short time. Booking the tour was easy and communication always clear. Our tour reps; JoLynn and Jay had a wealth of knowledge, answered many questions and looked after us like we were family. They were informative, and fun. Thanks for being our Panamanian “Mom” Jolynn, and Jay for your awesome stories. This tour packs in so much information and access to the country that would be so hard to do on your own. The tour and online guide hold so much value and we feel anyone making a life changing decision of relocating permanently or even for winter vacation purposes to a new country would be making a mistake not to utilize such an amazing resource. Panama is a great place for anyone wanting to step back and leave their intense overwhelming life behind. It would be worth taking this tour just to meet great people and see if this change in lifestyle is for you or if you can leave the “instant gratification” world behind. Anyone moving to, or visiting Panama should embrace it and not try to change it for your self or for the Panamanian people.

PRT gives you a way to experience Panama and the people with knowledge and open eyes. This team quickly becomes like family during the tour and afterwards with an abundance of information. If you take the PRT tour, they have it well organized and give an adequate amount of options (food, luggage expectations etc) but not unlimited choices so everyone has the same expectations /experience. We thought this was very smart. Anyone who who does not like that, probably misses the point of moving to Panama. Just imagine trying to manage the expectations of so many people and having a majority of happy clients. Prt even helped us with questions for our week after the tour. I had to visit the doctor in Panama right after the tour and utilized a recommendation for medical treatment from the PRT team. We felt comfortable instead of lost. Just that experience alone showed the value in this investment/ experience and the comfort of having people to reach out to. We made life long friends on this tour, and had such a great time.
