Ben and Kama have a beautiful property with a few rentals which provide enough income to support them living in Panama. Ben, who is an Architect and Engineer, and Kama are working on subdividing the property to build more rentals and to sell lots to those who want to build a house. They strive to create a development to aid the greater Tierras Altas community, acting as a small business incubator, education center, and entrepreneurial hub. They also encourage integrating off-grid technologies, alternative energy, self-sustaining elements, gardens, aquaponics, and permaculture. Their property has amazing mountain views.
