My wife and I participated in PRT #259 and found the trip to be invaluable. Our Guides, John and Chuck were well versed in all aspects of relocation from immigration processes, relocation of personal items and pets, administrative processes and were able to entertain any number of questions posed by those of us on the tour.
John and Chuck shared firsthand examples of their challenges and successes alike. John availed himself multiple times in the hotel lobby to entertain our many questions (as we look to relocate to the area he currently resides in).
If there was an aspect of the trip that did not go as planned, we were unaware. Lodging was top notch; the food was plentiful and varied, and the firsthand experience and guidance of those who have gone before is money well spent.

Just returning from this tour with my wife. We cannot say enough about how well organized this tour is. If you want to retire, or want to relocate to start a new adventure in life, or even have a plan B for your future, this tour will help you.
Our guides for the week, John and Chuck, were beyond fantastic. They have a wealth of knowledge and are awesome at explaining all the ins and out of life in Panama. Also getting you all the info you need to make it happen.
You’ll get to see many different areas of the country, speaks with immigrations lawyers, talk to health professionals, see lots of rentals for every type of budget to get a good idea of where you may want to live (big city? beach life? mountain house?)
Moving to another country, made simple, with their help. Thank you so much to the whole team behind all this.

??? Hi Jackie, moving from the US, I hear from you that after 65, take out an Advantage Plan.
Question, Isn’t the Advantage Plan an 80% coverage with a 20% pay after the deductable?
A recent situation we had with Health Insurance, us being over 65 and using Medicare B and bought into the “G” Plan – This year, one of us had a two day, 1 night stay including all food and care, all tests for a stroke and, the bill came out to 189,000. We only paid for the deductable of $250.00. We didn’t have to pay the 20% plus the deductable that I understand that the Advantage Plan has a 20% fee…If we had Advantage Plan we would be out almost $40,000.
Question, I’ve heard different about what Advantage Plan covers and their deductable..
Jackie Lange says
Hi Michele, if you have the right Medicare Advantage plan, it covers 100% of urgent care or emergencies overseas.
