VIDEO: Their $300 Water Bill Was the Last Straw

Dallas and Linda Sherman talk about their visit to Panama and their experience with Panama Relocation Tours in January 2019. The last straw for them was a $300 water bill.  When you’re retired and living on a fixed income, the rising costs of living in North America makes it difficult (and stressful).
